Fresh Start Blessings is a faith-led community outreach organization dedicated to healing people and the planet by serving God through practical support, recovery-centered opportunities, sustainability initiatives, and compassionate fellowship.

We are not a perfect organization. We are a real one — built by someone who has lived through the struggle, found purpose in the pain, and refused to stop until something changed. That someone is Amanda Marie McGuire, founder, advocate, movement architect, and the person walking beside her service dog Pluto Viking every single day.

Our Mission

Fresh Start Blessings exists to restore what has been broken — mentally, physically, spiritually, and financially. We provide tools, resources, and opportunities for individuals and families to rebuild their lives and discover their purpose. Through outreach, education, and innovation, we are creating pathways from survival to purpose.

Our Vision

We envision communities where no one is forgotten, basic needs are met with dignity, and individuals are empowered to rebuild their lives, grow in faith, and contribute meaningfully to the world around them. We are building toward a world where people live sustainably, support one another, and thrive — not just survive.

Meet Pluto Viking

Pluto Viking is Amanda's service dog and the living symbol of the Fresh Start Blessings movement. Just like the celestial body once called a planet and then reclassified, Pluto represents those who have been overlooked, underestimated, or pushed to the edges — but never stopped shining.

Pluto's Way is the healing journey at the heart of this movement. Through books, devotionals, animal rescue, and the Pluto's Way Animal Ambulance, Pluto reminds us that purpose finds you — even in the most unexpected places.

About Amanda Marie McGuire

Amanda Marie McGuire is the founder and CEO of Fresh Start Blessings — a grassroots movement dedicated to community healing, advocacy, and empowerment. As a movement architect, author, and advocate, Amanda draws on lived experience — including her journey as a neurodivergent individual — to create resources that bridge personal transformation with collective impact.

Alongside Pluto Viking, she brings authenticity, resilience, and purpose to every page, every program, and every person she serves.
